Our Return Policy

At GlimMora, we want you to be delighted with your jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unworn, and unused condition.

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

  1. Request a Return: Please email us at service@glimmorastyle.com to begin the process. We cannot accept returns that have not been requested first.

  2. Receive Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Ship Your Item: All returns should be sent to our fulfillment centre:

    GlimMora (CN Fulfillment Center), RM 2101 Building 12, Jinchen Mansion, Jiazhi Street, Jiaojiang District, Taizhou City, 318000 Zhejiang, China


Return Shipping Costs

  • For standard returns (e.g., change of mind): You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as GlimMora is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • For incorrect, damaged, or defective items: GlimMora will cover the reasonable costs of return shipping. We will provide instructions on how to return the item at our expense.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please contact us at service@glimmorastyle.com immediately (within 30 days of delivery) with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a return and, upon inspection, issue a full refund or send a replacement at our expense.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days from our approval email, please contact us.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised items.

  • Sale items.

  • Gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
